Default Uneven springs

My NF210s aren't even in the rear of the car after a couple of weeks. The right side has a 3 finger gap and the left has a 2 finger gap. I installed the springs using Toyota's installation guide for TRD springs. The bottom of both springs is positioned at 3 o'clock. How should I rotate the spring to make them even?

What I did was when I took the springs out, there were a top and a bottom pads (like a piece of black plastic), and the bottom piece of plastic has some mod on it to match the metal housing, I just put that back where it sat, and put the spring on the top of it to match the mark from OEM spring.

I dont remember exactly, but I think thats what I did too. I'm going to jack up the car on Friday and take a look at it. Hopefully by then I will have some more input on how to fix it.
