08 vs 09.... same wheels?
just got my new xb2 last nite..... needs wheels badly.... put close to stock rf-p1 (konig klones) on old xb w/ stock tires.... like to do the same here....money is burnning a hole in my pocket...lol. thoughts/ direction/ sugesstions please. cocomm
If I understand you... you want to replace the 16" steelies & hubcaps with 16" alloys so that you can swap & keep the stock tires, right?
If that's what you would like to do, then go right ahead. Our bolt pattern is 5x114.3mm (5x4.5").
Personally I think the 16's look too small, and I'm waiting to do new tires & wheels until my stock tires wear out. At more than 2,000 miles/month it shouldn't be too much longer.

thanks for the reply. pretty much deciced on enkei or52. meets my criteria, no multibore center visable, fairly light 16#, black or close to it and rim lip. i need the sidewall height for comfort and deflatability. on the old one i could pretty much run on beach sand at 10 psi dont know if the extra 600# and longer wheel base is gonna hurt....yet...lol. mostly all pluses with the new body style. just over 27 mpg on first tank full with 60- 40 split for time- 60% hiway but no 80-85mph cruising. 2k6 got 26+ inn town and 28+ hiway (85mph). the new motor is awesome and nice cam range. dont particularly care for the gaint silver center console at the right knee, but may mod that. need to figure how to force the shifter to hold a gear. oh well 3 days old wheels first, then tint, then.....cocomm
