what you think?
Someone on here has a quote in their sig that says, "less is more," and your car proves it. IMO, a carbon fiber hood will ruin the look of your ride and will look way too gawdy. Right now, it looks so clean and so different than anyone elses. I assume you chose not to go with a rear wing which actually looks really good too. If it was me, I'd just match the front tints with the rear at 30%. I went 35% on mine since that was all the guy had, but I might re-do it and have it properly matched at 35%.

And if you have bigger ***** than I do, get a part of your car wrapped like the roof, hatch, or hood. Personally, I can't imagine driving my coworkers in a wrapped car, but I always liked the look of this car...

yep i didn't get the rear spoiler for a few reasons.
1. the dealer is asking too much $400 not including installation. " gold rush paint " i know i could get it cheaper online but naaaw i rather spend my $$$ on something else 1st
2. i didn't really like the style too much for the oem and jdm even the cf. don't get me wrong i've seen them in person it does look good but not what i'm looking for.
3. actually i kinda like it w/o the spoiler but in time i still might get one much later.
when i pick up the car they do have another gold rush but w/spoiler and i didn't really like it too much. i might get a shark fin like the one visual concept is selling that is a functional piece. i think that'll look better than the stock piece.
thats a sick looking bb especially w/yoda a perfect match. both is green and small do you know the owner of that car?

dang nice custom paint. if you have a better shot at those wheels it'll be much easier but from the look of it front 20x8.5 w/30x20 but the rear 20x10

Default Great ideas

Hey all. I got an 09 xB on 9/11, and I've gotten some great ideas and resources from these forums (so thanks all for the great info posted here). I've already ordered the TRD strut bars and TRD lowering springs (due here on Tuesday). I got the TRD springs because I'm planning on running 19"s and I gathered from these forums those may still give me the needed clearance without having to downsize to 18"s. The dealership told me they could no longer order the rear sway bars (and I've noticed most people posted what other sway bars they've gotten).

My question is: are the rear sway bars a simple bolt-on process, or should I wait until I have those in hand so the dealership can do the springs/strut bars/sway bars all at the same time? Many thanks.

Rear sway bar is easier than changing a tire.

Seriously. Hope this helped!

Definitely helped (and saved me the money of paying someone to do installation of something that easy). That's killer -- thanks a ton.

DPE wheels are expensive and cheaply made. I had a set on my M3 before and had a whole bunch of problems with them. If you're going to spend a lot of coin on rims, make sure there is some type of racing heritage behind them like BBS.
