18x8 38 offset, lowered on NF's. fitment?

Now I know whey will fit, curious how flush were talking? (little past, little inside,fender, or dead on the fender?)
rears should be in farther correct?
So would need a bit of a spacer to be consistent to front. (Size?)

225/40/18
235/40/18

how they fit on the rim, I don't really like much stretch, and will 235's with my 8" 38 offset start to stick out a bit?
