Default Adverse effects with no TPMS?

I'm ordering new wheels and can get them mounted and balanced for free through the company but then they obviously wouldn't have the sensors in them. Is it that big a deal? Got quoted for 140 to mount balance and swap the sensors. If rather not pay that if I didn't have to. Thanks.

You'll just have the TPMS dash light permanently on. No other problems.

When i swapped over to my 20's I didn't swap the sensors.. (and i work at a tire shop) it flashes for like 20 sec, than stays on. I bought the materials for an airtight chamber using 3in pvc tubing. But was ENTIRELY way to lazy to take out the sensors from my 18's. Trust me.. you get used the light being on.. lol
