Default Can you guys please help

I saw these rims on craiglist there 20 Inch ICW Rims and Tires the tires are 225/35/20 and the rims are 20x7and there are for a 4 lug ...my question is will they fit? Should i be ready for some rubbing?? And i know the sensor is going to go off but is there a sensor i can buy for these tires?? Im scoring them at a great price so hopefully there good if you need any other information please let me know ! ! If you click the link those are the tires..Thanks !!

Won't work at all, our hubs are 5-lug x 114.3mm.

Damn that sucks oh well gotta keep on looking but another quick question cause i saw another pair i liked( 4 lugs as well )....the old gen xB they were they 4 lugs or 5 ??

'04-'06 xB = 4x100 as far as I know; they won't work on '08 xB. You need 5x114.3 and I don't think the hub bore is big enough on the 1st Gen xB either.
