James_Bond rubs a little because they're 8.5" wide and +38 offset.
8" wide TRD wheels with more conservative offset will not have the same issues.

I don't have DF's or a lip kit, so no personal experience, but I will give you some items for consideration. 
Do you plan on driving it?
Be very very careful with driveways, speed bumps, parking curbs, etc.
Oh, and don't get a flat tire
; I don't think the jack will fit under the lip kit to get to the jacking points. 
NoLimitz has Ksport coilovers and a lip kit, so maybe he can give some real world insight on riding that low.
