Hubcentric rings

I'm in need of a hubcentric ring that has an ID of 60.1 and an OD 0f 70.6. I have found one that is 60.1-70.1 but I am curious if half a millimeter would actually make a difference or not in the wheels stability at speed. Does ayone know a place that custom makes rings? Thanks
