Default New here with a couple questions!

Hello everyone, I've been lurking here and researching for awhile now. I finally convinced the hubby into getting an xB! Haven't purchased yet, waiting on our check from the credit union to come in! We will be getting Super White, just stock. Going to do all upgrades aftermarket.

I have been looking at wheels everyday for over a week now and finally found the ones I want:

I've done search through the forums but couldn't find anything about the quality of Liquid Metal wheels. Does anyone have any experience with this brand?

Other question would be if anyone has any pictures of an xB with the Liquid Metal F5's on?

Also, how difficult is it to switch the TPMS to new tires? Planning on getting the Falken Ziex ZE-912's.

The tire shop will take care of the TPMS stuff, so you shouldn't have to worry about it. Plus, it's a bolt on and off kind of deal. Easy.

I, personally, haven't heard much about the Liquid Metal brand. It appears to be just another powdercoated cast aluminum wheel. Since Discount has them on their site, and they more than likely sell them in their stores, they should be of decent quality.

And the Falkens are a pretty decent all season tire, too. I was thinking about running those, but I opted for the Toyo Proxes 4's.

Thanks for the reply! Glad to hear the TPMS switch is easy. Plan on having them put in the new tires that I'll be using for spring/summer/fall, and I'll be using a different set for winter without the TPMS. It will probably have to wait a couple of months after I get the vehicle before I get the wheels.

Still would love to see any pics if anyone has any or can find some!
