New wheels 235/45/17

Do you think it will be a problem with rubbing after lowering? on hotchkis??

I have 17x9 et41 rears wrapped in 235/45/17 rolling on DF210s... No rubbing whatsoever and looks great.

17x8 with a 42mm offset.

By the looks of what D-Unit is on with the DF's which lowers the car more than the Hotchkis you should be fine. I have 18x8 with 38et out front and I don't have rubbing issues on K-Sports, you should be alright.

As a side note you'll be about 1/2" closer to your suspension, but that should make little difference. Other people are running the same setup only with larger rims (19+), you should be alright.
