Got my wheels/tires today. The front caps will not go on because the ends of the axle poke out not allowing them to seat. I really don't want to go with a lower off set as that will put them too far out for my liking. Is it okay to cut about a 1/3" off the ends of the axles so the caps can go on? There is about an inch of threaded axle end beyond the nut.

Update: Took a hole saw and cut out the back of the wheel cap enough to get them on. Now I need to take pics so I can post to this thread how it was intended.

Hey guys first post. How would the fitment be on 18x8.5 +25 and 18x10 +25? What tires would you guys suggest?

 

not sure what suspension setup you have or plan to run but... i'm on 18x9 +35 & 18x10 +35 on NF210's with no issues! soon i'm switching to DF210's though because i need more lower, so i may have to roll my fenders just to be safe!

Sorry I took so long to reply. I'm currently on DF210's but will be on air ASAP. Just wanna make sure that with rolling and pulling the fenders these will tuck when dumped.

 

If you want to tuck when dumped, I would not suggest putting on wheels that poke about 1/2" up front, and 3/4" in the rear.

 

found a set of white Shalks, test fit this morning... don't clear the rear calipers! need some spacers and some fenders rolled for this setup:



and the lips will be done orange, Im aware this is WAY too much white haha.

 

Hell no that ain't too much white! That's pretty darn nice. Makes me wish I had enough money to buy a second xb2. One black on black and another one white on white.
