I haven't bought wheels and tires from a local dealer in probably twenty years. Discount Tire Direct ot Tire Rack are the only people I deal with. My newest set I got from DTD and as usual, fantastic selection and service.

Default Yo!

Ditto that, Tire Rack is excellent.
If you get the tire/wheel combo, they come mounted and balanced.
All you have to do is bolt 'em on. They come with the correct lug nuts too.
Discount Tire is a-ok too.

Default WHEELS AND TIRES ONLINE

Top Quality: <http://www.tiresdelivered.com/>

For RS5: 20X8.5 front (offset 35)-Niche "Game" wheel; 225-35-20 Nexen N-3000 tires
20X10 rear (offset 40) -Niche "Game" wheel; 245-35-20 Nexen N-3000 tires

Also bought $35 package with stems, lug nuts (cromed and locking - on all)

Sent mounted and balanced in excellent packing. Only problem was the balancing job sucked....had to take the car to Mr. Tire and get them rebalanced....

All in all still happy....price about $2100 all included.

you can also try wheelmax.com located in FL i believe, i've bought two sets of rims a few years back, and have had no issues, most of these rims are no-name brand, hence the cheaper price. materials might vary from whatever design is copied.

Keep in mind when you buy wheels only online and have them mounted you will pay a lot for that service. And, warranty is not handled locally. You have to send them to the mfg or the vendor yourself.

I rather pay the extra knowing my local Discount Tire store is going to take care of me after the sale. Sometimes that is worth the extra money.

www.discounttiredirect.com

the wheels and tires came mounted and balanced, nicely packaged and for only $967. 18" rimz with 7.5" Nitto Neogen tires. The tires are great, I have a hard time breaking traction :D

I HIGHLY recommend this site.

If we have a store in your area certainly stop in and buy your tires and wheels there, Our stores provide an excellent level of customer service that online companies just can't without seeing eye to eye. For those of you that don't have one of our stores in your area we try to go the extra mile online for you.

WXMotorsports is correct about most online companies when it comes to warranty claims, to be honest there are many online companies that are run by a couple of guys that never touch a product or even see a box. They act as middle man and make a couple bucks off you for the initial sale and if you have a claim they will be the first to send you to the manufacture. We do not and will not do this.
We stand behind the products we sell. If you have a warranty claim on any of the products we sell, we will take care of it and get you the replacements you need so you can get back on the road as soon as possible.

Here's how it works for tires:
Every tire you buy from us is covered under a manufacture warranty for workmanship and or manufacture defect. This is usually a prorated warranty granted by the tire manufacture. If you buy tires from us and only tires, no other warranties and your tire is deemed to have a manufacture defect, send us pictures of the tire with the problem or send the tire back to us and we will take it up with the manufacture for you. If we can see that the tire is warrantable we will sell you a replacement tire for the prorated amount (prorated amounts are determined by tread life remaining. (if you have one of our stores in the area they can do this instantly.)

We also offer a warranty called the Certificate for Free Replacement. As the tire manufacture only warranties your tire for manufacture and workmanship defects and does it on a prorated basis. We will warranty the tire for almost everything else and cover it for 100% of the price. If you purchase this warranty for your tires we will send you a free tire if anything were to happen to your tire outside of vandalism or neglect. We do not make you send the tire back (for most claims), we take your word for it, and we send you a brand new tire for free!

Our stores do all of this too, they can just do it faster!

I AGREE! I was going to order my wheels from Discount TireDirect but I went to my local America's Tire Co. and ordered my Enkie FD-05 wheels. They took some money off the wheels and cut me a discount and break on other things too. I am very satisfied with America's Tire Co. and have never had a bad experience with them. A few months ago I wanted to purchase tires for my wifes Accord, the salesperson didn't want to sell me new tires..... He told me the tires had at least another 5000-7000 miles left on them, I was shocked to say the least, still an HONEST company around?? Well, last month I decided it was time to replace the tires on wifes Accord and I went right back to America's Tire Co. Excellent service, Honest employees and great prices and products!
