Default Spacers?

Late to the party but just got my xB recently and tires are due. I hope Cionide is still here 🍻

Read through threads and found out the 18x8 ET40 with 225/40 would give a perfect front flush. (Rear would always need spacers unless staggered)

Wheels I'm getting are 18x8 ET38 with 225/40.

Question 1: Would these spacers set-up work to get a nice
flush?

FRONT - 3mm
REAR - 10mm

Question 2: Is it correct to assume all spacers are hub centric? Or should I get spacers that are?

Question 3: Buy branded ones or Fleabay spacers will do?
Question 4: What type or how long should the bolts be?
PS: Intending to drop it with NF210 or TRD springs.

Thanks!

Go with H&R spacers . 10mm in the rear u will have to run longer studs yes . H&R sells the studs too . Dont think u need front spacers . I'am om 19x8.5 +38 & NF210 . Do a mild stretch tire .
