I may be buying a set of wheels 18 x 8 with +35MM offset, and they come with 235/45 R18 tires...........can someone please tell me if these will fit a 2008 Scion XB????

If you're on the stock springs, you might be able to pull it off without rubbing. If not, a light fender roll up front is all you would need. If you are lowered at all, then no, I guarantee rubbing up front with those size tires on +35 offset.
