i'm planning on running 19x8 with offset of 45? would that make it flush or protude in or out?

 

Those will work fine, and sit back (in) from the fenders just a little bit.

FYI, the TRD 19's are 19x8 +48, so you might be able to see them in person at a dealership to get a good view. +45 offset will be 3mm closer to flush than the TRD's.
