note: IM ALREADY DROPPED ON TEIN HTECH

XXR 962 Gold 18x8.5 +35 front and 18x9.5 rear +35

Tires front is 235/40/18 the rims are offset of 35et
rear tires are 245/40/18

a scion buddy is selling these any i wanna help him out, and i like the way they look, but am scared if the tires will fit the suspension im already at. test fitting is not really an option.

these wheels are popular im sure someone had/has similar setup

Yes sir theyll fit. May need a little roll but nothing to hard. Trust me I'm at a way crazier stance. BTW im on Tein Street Basics.

should i run spacers, or will that offest and size look perfect just bolted right up?

No spacers, or you will rub constantly. As it is, you should expect some rubbing if you don't roll the fenders, especially when loaded with passengers or cargo weight.

This should give you an idea how flush those wheels will be. NoLimitz' xB has 19x8.5" +38 fronts and 19x9.5" +38 rears. The tires are 235/35 front & 245/35 rear. He is dropped on Ksport coilovers, so he's lower than you, but set much stiffer so he doesn't rub. Your +35 offsets will also push the wheels out about 1/8" more than his. The fact that his are 19" and the ones you're asking about are 18" is irrelevant, since the front & rear tires are basically the same width & outside diameter for both set-ups. The important thing here is seeing where the outside face of the wheels & tires sit relative to the fenders.
