WOW! thats a great price for the tires. I paid 720$ mounted for falken 452's Please take lots of pictures of the stretch... I might have to make a brand change for that kind of difference.
I had Falken 452's in a 19'' size on my TSWs, but they are hella expensive and I kept getting bubbles in the sidewall...Decided to go with the Nankangs cause I hear they stretch easy and when it comes time to replace, it'll be easier on the wallet...

here you go :D, 17x9 20 offset all around, this guy is running on easy street air though. i love this :D
Yeah, I absolutely LOVE that car, and if my BBS's were 9'' wide, I'd be more inclined to run em'. I don't want to run any spacers what so ever, and since my Style 5's where only 8'' wide, I went another direction.

Damm man, I'm glad to see the Ksports put to good use.
Yeah, buddy! I loving the Ksports!! I prob. gonna go a little but lower once I get the rims on, but I haven't had one issue with them yet! (Besides the scraping, but you ain't low enough until blah blah all that good stuff )

UPDATE:

Ordered some Muteki SR48 Purple Open Ended Lug Nuts and Hubcentric Rings from NLmotoring earlier tonight.

Don't really know why I ended up with purple, but I got a good deal, NLmotoring was running a instant $15 rebate on the lugs once you put them in your cart, so I went for it. Purple lugs/Gold wheels...and I'm not even a Lakers fan

Now I just gotta look into some wheel studs and I'll be good. Oh and also, the lip I mentioned earlier is a stock lip off of an SVT Ford Focus, with is just a simple black rubber lip, but looks better than the Home Depot one I'm running now. Should be getting the lip in the next few days, and hopefully it'll work.

BTW anybody want a set to purchase a set of BBS Style 5 rims as a project? They could look like these....

Yo Eman,

How much did the redrill cost you? I got some style 5s too for my e28, but I also got some old school style 9s from an old 8 series that I am considering redrilling. Let me know.

The redrill cost a tad under $300...did I pay that much, no because I got the hook up, but realistically look to pay anywhere between $100-$400 on redrilling the set depending on where you go and the quality of work.

Sorry I don't have a more exact figure for you though Redrilling wheels isn't my field of expertise! haha

That's the beauty of coilovers! I can still go about another 1.5'' lower up front and 1'' out rear. Still have the rear perch and collars on the rear! Will be taking those off when the rims get here. Look out speed bumps!

What are you talking about? The ride height has nothing to do with the size of the wheels, it is dependent on the outside diameter of the tires. For example, an xB with 18" wheels and 215/40-18 tires will ride lower (by the slightest fractional amount) than 16" wheels with 205/55-16 tires.

Cool

UPDATE!!

Fedex people have been coming past the house a lot lately!

Got these items from nlmotoring the other day...

Muteki Purple Open Ended lugs and hubcentric rings (in the bag to the left of the lugs.)

Again, I don't really know why I got purple lugs, besides being on sale... But I think that they'll look pretty cool with the gold rims...

And today, the FedEx man came bringing these!

Nankang NS-II's 215/40/18 (Love the smell of fresh tire rubber in the morning)

Now all I need is my freakin' rims already!! But when they get in, I'll be posting pics in this thread like I have been.

Also took pics of my Style 5's which I'll be putting for sale soon...

Professionally re-drilled to 5x114.3

Anywho...more pics to come when more things get delivered!

yeae the 17x 9 20 offest was good.. but the only thing you have to run the right brand of tire for the max stretch on the tire.. Nittos will give you the most stretch.

Since that we replace the easy street set up with UAS.. becuase Easystreet front struts have a design flaw. and its not fun getting stuck with an leaking bag with this set up of tires.

Make sure to check the dates on the tires, we don't want a new looking, dried old tire now do we? But those tires look so sexy, omgz

I thought I had the right look when I bought a pair of Sevas. Now I'm trying to sell them to buy some other rims. They are still in the box.

That really doesn't give any info. Need to know which model wheels they are; size and offset, as well as some pics would be greatly helpful.

EDIT: Just saw your other thread:

Yeah. The wheels look sick but, wanna go with a different look. Just like the person who started the thread, I'm having a bit of trouble getting the right idea.

I do have a nasty tire hook up so I might slap them on just for Scion Exposed.
