sharkfin goes over the base of the stock antenna, all you have to do is unscrew the stock one and screw on SFA, and double stick tape the cover on.

The shark fin antenna comes with a wire attached to it and (2) different sized screws for the antenna base thats already on the car...

Simply remove antenna whip by unscrewing it...Make sure you clean the area of the car around the base of the antenna like it says in the instructions...Screw the wire of the new Shark Fin antenna onto the base of the car using one of the screws provided by Visual Garage, remove backing of the foam off the sticky 3M and then adhere to car...Make sure you have it lined up where you want it because once it's on there you can't move it around...

Your done!

I have the sharkfin and I'd recommend it as well. Only thing is that when you get it, you feel ripped off because it's a piece of plastic w/some metal wires taped on...lol. But once it's on, you'll forget about that.
