My 3rd gear grinds a tad in the morning when it's freezing out and I'd like to change the transmission fluid to help with this a bit. Plus it's 110,000 miles so it's ready for it anyways. I can't find a video or text guide anywhere for this, does anyone have any resources that might help me do this job myself?

 

Transmissions and engines are the same as on a Corolla.

 

Thanks for the info, it's very similar to the xB as well I discovered, I did the fluid the other day and it was pretty straightforward.
