Ok I want a CAI but can't decide between K&N and Takeda. The K&N is a popular choice but I can get the Takeda for a really good price from Truck Accessories, Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and more Aftermarket Auto Parts. Does anyone have any real experience with these two CAI's. What makes one better than the other? I'm not expecting a significant hp improvement but hoping that it can help a little. What can you suggest? Thanks in advance.

 

With your toy car motor, these will both be just as good as the other. I have seen an equal amount of use and happiness from both brands. But I would say that the Takeda seems to have people buzzing a little more, in a good way. I'd just go with Takeda, especially if you can get a deal on it. You'll be happy. It's natural. It's the placebo effect.
