If you can get an impact wrench you can do it.

But If you end up having to ask a mechanic to do it for you I would say It shouldn't be much as a experimented fellow should be able to swap pulleys in 20 min

 

... Don't we have a supporting vendor willing to pick 3 extra pulleys only to get this going?

A few people have told me they will pick one after the group buy...

I'm sure once the first user reviews are out there and Richard H. publishes some independent Dyno Charts these will sell like hot cakes!!
