Default O2 Sensor not reading anything, No Codes - Should I be concerned?

I am unsure if this is real issue or in my head-- I recently got OBD Fusion app with Veepeak Bluetooth and it displays 0.00 for Sensor 1 reading, regardless whether I'm driving, idling, hot engine, cold engine.
There is no movement at all. Thinking it was a bad sensor, I replaced it (upstream) with a new one but it still reads 0. There are no codes on the dashboard. Catalytic conv was replaced about 2 years ago.

The only issue I have noticed is that when I idle, car's RPMs jump around aka a little rough. Never had a car stall out though. Unclear how long it has been going on honestly.

Should I be worried?
