Has anyone ordered from NST? I ordered a NSTSSK08 Engine Bay short shift kit and have sent 3 different emails to find status on the order with no response. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service from this organization. Has anyone else had issues getting product or responses to Customer Service questions? This is on the verge of being ridiculous.

 

i have gotten teh dme radiator diversion panel for my tc from them... they are very nice. but i do live like 15 mins away from their store here in houston... plus we just had that hurricane and alot of places STILL dont have power.

i ordered that same short shifter and bushing kit from them and had no problems. ordered it on a monday and it was at my house on thursday. you can also get a hold of them on AIM, "NSTon AIM". they are online quite a bit. when did you order your ssk? have you tried calling them? 281-917-0221.

edit: nm, i see you ordered it on the 22nd. its possible it just hasnt made it yet to your house... but they should have sent you a tracking number or something. i would definitely try calling them.

I have ordered twice from them before and NO problems at all. Actually they are quite open and fast to respond general questions and inquires about their products.

Try looking for Mike on AIM or just pick up the phone!
