amp and aftermarket radio void any part of car warranty?

Default amp and aftermarket radio void any part of car warranty?

i want to get an amp, new head unit and a sub, will it void any part of my warranty since you know the amp will be wired to the battery of the car...im used to having used cars lol.. not sure if i should get a system in my car...any help would be nice....

Dont you lose the wheel control of the radio.

I'll keep the stock radio for thumb control of my iPod.

You can keep the steering wheel functions by buying an adapter. Forget which one it is but it is somewhere on the xD ICE sub forum.

Read your warranty carefully... ANY modification to the electrical system will void your warranty UNLESS it is installed by a professional and documented proof can be given. MECP installers and ASCE installers can install a system and it not void the warranty, but make sure you have it on paper that they are certified and that they installed it or they will run circles around you on warranty claims.
