Got these off of Ebay. Shipping was quick and the pads were cut perfectly, the dude includes double sided tape if you want to tape things down, I used a little bit of it. Overall I'm real happy, very simple mod to quiet things down a bit, hopefully the pads will hold up. It certainly beats having to cut all the little pieces yourself!

 

That guy sells them on here as well and I think he gives you a slight discount if you buy them from him through SL. Seen a post with him selling it around here somewhere.
