Default Great Place to get Customized Floor Mats

Ok I ordered mine from this company, http://www.qualitycarmats.com/AllMod...FSANDQodqkDvrg , and recieved several PM's and compliments about them so I thought I would post up on where to get them...I bought the (4) piece set in black, $84.95, and that included the custom nylon binding in orange (you can pick from several other colors)...You can also personalize your floor mats and add a heelpad to the drivers side floor mat...The basic ones I got are nice quality for the price but obviously you can upgrade and pay more...They also sell the piece for the cargo cover too...

Anyways, here are some pics of mine in the car...Charcoal may have been a better choice but when ordering I was not sure which ones to get so I got black...They still look great, especially with the Clazzio interior

Man I like the seat covers and the floor mats. Everything is looking mighty fine and clean!

Default Bad experience with them

I am having a bad experience with this company right now. I ordered a set of mats from them after YELOSUB's post. Before I made the order, I asked if both rear mats can be cut continuously so I can get them as 1 piece. Terry from customer service said this can be done.

I got the mats but they are useless. The mat template or whatever they used was switched right side to left and vice versa and then it was cut. Obviously it wont fit the rear in that configuration (pics attached). I pointed it to their attention and requested a replacement but they wouldn't. They said I altered their product and they delivered what I requested. From the looks of it, they altered my alteration. To me they didn't deliver what I asked for (which they said they can accommodate). I am still hoping they will replace it. Right now I feel cheated.

I think they look better than having plastic on the floor. Just what I think.

Did you see the pics I posted? I don't usually have rear seat passengers and these things are durable anyways...Most floor mats are carpet to begin with and as far as shows go, these will show very nicely...

Sheng,

Sorry to see about your issue...It is obvious they were confued by your special order...Hopefully they will make it right...If you don't mind, I will send them an email with this link posted to show them that I was trying to push there business for them...They do make quality mats and I like that you can custom make them...Let me know if you want to do this, I will only do this with your permission...You can PM your order number and I will link it all together...

Exclamation

I went with Weather Tech which fit perfect in the front, too bad they don't make anything for the rear seat area or hatch area...Oh well I really don't care for carpet mat's, don't get me wrong you can really get some that really look cool.

Tim,

Thank you but hopefully there is no need. My boyfriend was able to reason out with them. They admitted their error and said they would make a replacement. In fairness, the quality of the mats are really good. I would most likely order one for the luggage tray.

If you're iffy with a company you've not used before try and use paypal so if they don't come through, or give you the wrong product and don't own up to it you can put in a dispute and get your money back.
