Broken? I am so sorry. These armrests have been quite reliable. How did the lat ch break? PM me with your order details and I will replace it.

 

I ordered the armrest but the well at the bottom of the drink holder has a screw that does not line up with the armrest so it sits crooked--dealer messed with the screw but couldn't adjust it

 

I do not know what you mean. Our armrest does not line up with any well. You just drop the armrest in the cup holder, make sure it is straight and then install the 2 screws. Call me or PM me to discuss.

Hello:

There are 2 screws that go through the armrest and then screw into the base of the console cup holder. The screws keep the armrest from twisting around. If you decide to take the armrest out, there would be 2 small holes left at the bottom of the cup holder. The felt pad that comes with the car can be used to cover the holes.

We have even had customers use the armrest with no screws at all because it is already a snug fit. Search the forums for other posts like these.
