Post Precut tint.

Been looking around for some darker then legal tint and all of the places in the local area are charging $180+ for a basic tint job. Had a few local guys I use to be able to call but they are not in town anymore. My dexterity is poor at best and while I can stick IV's all day long I cannot cut a straight piece of tint to save my life. So last night I discovered this awesome thing called precut tint on E-bay and for $25 on average it seems like a great deal. I was wondering has anyone dealt with a particular ebay or online retailer they would recommend?

I actually got mines today and installed by my local shop. For what it cost. its not bad but it will still give the tinter a bit of a hard time getting on the edges of the amber. ii only wanted only the amber nd the back side chrome part smoked cause i bought eyelids. i'll show pics tomorrow

If you plan on having the car for a while I do recommend just paying a local shop to do it. Try looking around a little more, I payed $160 for 20% 3M tint with a lifetime warranty against bubbles/fading. It's pricey still but I don't have to worry about it bubbling or turning purple over time.

Although I am a few years late, but for anyone who is looking to get precut tints, I just recently ordered a kit from rvinyl.com for $45 plus shipping with a lifetime warranty. I got 5% rear and 20% front. It was super easy to install and only took me about 2 hours to finish. There are minor imperfections but overall I am very satisfied with the outcome of the tints.
