Hm... But don't you think it'd be better to have a tie with functional shoes, than no tie and fancy shoes?

Ok all this talk about ties and shoes is confusing me (4hrs of sleep does that).

More interested in getting the IST armrest than the ZETA since it would be more "JDM". That and I can live without wheels for a bit since I'd rather go through the stockies then upgrade.

Yeah, they've "threatened" to release it here before. But I called both my local dealer and Scion HQ, and neither of them could tell me diddly squat about when/if it would actually be available. If you can order it, please do, and let us know the details! If you didn't want to keep it, I'm sure you'd have plenty of people willing to buy it from you. I just hope they release it here EVENTUALLY!
Good luck,
Andy

Try the Zeta armrest. Some Scion dealers have been buying it for their customers. :-)

is it comfortable? i can't tell from the pictures. i'm tall, so if it's really low, it won't make a difference for me.

Our armrest is very comfortable with a soft padded top.

Default zeta armrest

I'm 6 feet 2 inches tall with long arms and the Zeta armrest fits me fine.

We have sold thousands on our site, and on eBay (ID zetaauto). Also check other posts here. Just do a search for Zeta.

Bit of a whiplash post resurrection here but I've been researching different armrests and I have to ask: The iST one above is supposed to be OEM? It looks like it doesnt even line up right with the curve in the slot for the emergency brake and covers over the little storage slot next to the emergency brake.

Can anyone provide closer up pictures of how the front of the two armrests mentioned here, Zeta's and the iST, sit on the current center console from the front?
