Hey all, I want to get a new car alarm for my car...does anyone on here have some for sale? usually my boyfriend just takes care of all this stuff, but we just broke up...and ive never bought any parts online before, so i have like no idea what im doing...ive been looking at a new car alarm remote at this website, but im not sure if its a good deal or not...has anyone ever purchased from them before? or could someone recommend a good website to buy from? thanx so so much!!

get a viper. good brand and they start like in the 200's with installed at your local custom shop. Some will run you more depending if you want a remote start or sensors for addition of the price. personally i got a viper 5002 similar to yours. its pretty decent

 

I just installed mine at a local garage here in Los Angeles. Total $149. I knew someone installed alarms with them for many years before, so I got referred to them. The brand he installed is something like Code Alarm CA-100, basic alarm. Nothing fancy like Viper, but nice guy to deal with.
