09 Radio & iPhone question
Well I got lucky at work and they issued everyone iPhones as the new company phones. That was great except that I have a problem now. As soon as I got it setup I unhooked my iPod from my car and pluged my phone into the iPod jack. It worked just like my iPod except that it will not charge the phone using the stock iPod port. So my question is, is there any way to get the iPod jack to charge a iPhone?
yes

I don't have one so I'm not 100%. I don't have this problem because my stereo's music storage is already made by Apple. Here's my stereo VVVV

OH and p.s. I take 5 hour drives from NJ to Rochester and when i used my iTouch plugged in the normal adapter which says " this device does not charge " ... well I drove straight through the 5 hours and when i went to unplug my ipod, it said that the battery was still full!!??!? so there may be no need for charging.

Also, does anyone know of how to extend the iPod cable or if there are replacements that are longer?
