i got the car back.
And im still kinda disappointed :/

Each time i got onto a bump i hear a metal scraping, i know its not rubber because I only hear it on the left side.
And when go into reverse, then forward i hear a click noise.
:/
im content, but not happy with the mechanical work of NoHo Toyota,
i brought it back to the collision center and the manger said "you should bring your car back to the shop that lowered your car"
Whats the bs on the brochure saying my car will be back to normal? This really aggravates me, im going back on monday. Dropping it off saying that they need to fix it.
Any ideas?

Clicking up front is either a bad CV joint or loose top strut nut. The grinding is prolly front wheel bearing gone south. Dealers never cease to crack me up.

i'd turn it into the insurance, and say the shop didn't complete the work. make the insurance go back after them, so they don't get paid until it's fixed properly.

Seems like they're gonna be douchebags about he warranty they issued lol fight it hard, because that's their own fault, not the shop who installed your springs (if one did.)

Did they not test drive it before giving it back to you? It's amazing how junk like this gets missed. It might be a clue to the quality of work they do. Sad

I wouldn't have gone to a dealership for repairs after an accident period.

You should tell them that there was no clicking sound prior to the accident and it's there after they had the car. Definitely go through your insurance and let them know that the car is making those sounds. See if they will let you take it to a good shop (check yelp.com and BBB.com) so you can get a second opinion on the work.

Definitely do not let the dealership jerk you around about this. They have to prove it's the springs causing the issue before they can say it's the springs causing the sounds.
