Default anybody dropped the xD

So has anybody dropped the xD yet? Does anybody know how much of a drop the TRD lowering springs are? Anywhere else that has already made springs for them?

Does anybody know if it is like the new xB where u can use tC springs for the front and xB for the rear?

the yaris has the same suspension, and as far as ive read, all (suspension) parts are interchangeable. i know a few companies have released drop kits (and even some coilovers) for the Yaris. i dug around to see what the future would look like for the xD, and if the yaris has support, the xD will most definately have at least as much.

i found a few yaris forums.. i believe it was yarisworld that had the most information on mods, mighta been someone else. one had a walkthru on just about everything - the scion xd/yaris' rear end is extremely easy to modify, the fronts pretty easy too.

I don't doubt the suspension might fit, but the xD has a larger engine (heavier front end) and overall the car weighs 334lbs more. I would think that the increase in weight would need to be taken into consideration when developing the suspension for the xD.

just my 2cents.

TRD part number for xD springs is different from Yaris springs. Mine are shipped out today. Probably won't be here until Monday.
