just got some "hyperwhite bulbs" for my headlights, tried to change em in a not so well lit parkin lot at the mall. i got the plug out but cramped my hand trying to get the lamp out. am i going to have to take out the entire light? arent they suppose to twist out like my honda lamps? also got some blue bulbs for the turn signal.... same question. thanks for any help

Blue bulbs will get you a ticket...

And the headlight bulbs are held in by a clip. remove the clip and they come right out. PLEASE READ YOUR MANUAL, that information is in there.

the mannual does have pix in it showing how to do it, but its tight as hell getting ur hands in there. blue bulbs in amber turn signal would look like crap, so i figure you meant the parking lights, which look pretty cool. recommend only using just the parking lights in parking lots and such, since driving around with just blue parking lights on WILL get you the wrong kind of attention. the red and blue flashing lights kind, if ya know what i mean.

Why would you try and change your bulbs in "a not so well light parking lot" in the first place? It's not that hard to change the bulbs, but it is VERY cramped space to attempt it. No need to take out the whole assembly. It would be best if you were in a well light area and had someone holding a flashlight to see better.

Also, if this is your first car you're modifying, don't modify the lights that much. Orange County is the worst place to have a modified car.
