Default Can anyone reccomend me a CAI?

Never messed around with a CAI before,my friend got one in his xd, and ... ya now I really want one... Plus they look cool.

Now I was looking around at Fujita, Weapon-R and K&N. I see they all have CAI for the xd, but which would you all reccomend. K&N seems to be the 'best' but I can't find it for under 300$, where as the Fujita is running around 230$ on ebay.

The Fujita is probably fine. I know quite a few people are running it without much issue. They all do really the same thing.

Eh... to my knowledge K&N still doesn't make a CAI, just a short ram intake (SRI) which in my opinion is useless since it's bringing in hot air when you want cool air.

I've heard mixed opinions about Fujita and I thought the company was going under? Not sure. Injen... haven't heard much about them. Apparently Takeda USA makes one ~$300 but I've never heard of them.

Honestly, I would love to find xD owners local to me with different makes on them so I can hear the differences, maybe even feel the differences then make a decision. I dislike making decisions about this stuff blindly.

I've had the injen for a while now and been very happy with it. I've even got the grates for the vet holes below the head light so the cold air can directly hit the intake. I also bought the hydro shield for the intake just for precaution. I also had pics available from my install here, but I don't know what happened to them. The filter for the injen intake sits above the vent hole, and only has about an inch visible after the hole for direct water contact. I've driven about 12k with no problems (also in down pour).
