Vanilla, my Scion, eats only Chevron/Texaco unless I'm in an area where it is not available, then I do try to feed her the best I can find. (I try to stick with Top Tier.)

Gas is gas for the most part... there are only a few refineries that produce ALL the gasoline in the US. What makes them different is the additives and cleaning agents that are used by each brand.. and most of that is mostly marketing hype to convince u theirs is better..
Standards were adopted years ago when fuel injection was introduced to the masses.. FI requires particulates to be very low to avoid clogging of injectors. All gasoline use cleaning agents which is what separates the brands and is added right before delivery..
Its a good practice to switch brands from time to time.. because the cleaning agents are different, some are more effective than others and using different ones can help keep the system cleaner..
