I'm thinking about getting my girl a xD. I saw one online RS1, 8,471 miles for 14,988. Is this a good buy? Heres the website. You just search scion and it should pop up.

I would say thats about right..especially for an RS. Don't get the gray one though, cause THAT one is overpriced (for it's mileage). good find. let us know how it goes

 

well i would say no for the milage, i sell toyotas/scions and a few months ago i sold one just like it for 13500 certified with a 100k miles warrenty, dont get me wrong tou could probably get him down in the 13's

 

Got my 2008 in January for 12K with 27K miles on it. The gray one may be overpriced but you can always get them to lower it if it's used, which is what I did! I think mine was advertised on cars.com for close to 15K.

true, but last i checked kbb on an 08 xD with 12k miles was like 14.6k or something? definitely try to get the price down though

 

I'll give them a call and see if I can work out a deal in the 13s. I really like the body kit and color of the rs1. I hope my girl approves. What she doesn't like about the xD is that she thinks the rear window is a lil small. When I first went to look at my tC I didn't like the rear window either but now I'm used to it.

 

should be fine, I didn't feel like there was much to get used to when you're on the inside. rear view mirror, you can see everything clearely.

if she means aesthetically, then i guess thats different haha. good luck with the purchase though, hope it goes through.

 

Aw dude, get it. Try to talk them down some, but you will be getting an RS and a cool color too. Come to the TNT cruise this weekend and bring your g/f to check mine out, lol.

I didn't look to see which Hannah dealership the car is at, but I hate them all, dealt with them twice, the second time was getting my first Scion, so that was nice, but the first time they kept us at the dealership from 9am til past 6pm when we bought our Lancer OZ Rally Edition from them in '03.

Go for the RS1 and try to talk them down a little bit...Can't go wrong with Hot Lava

 

i purchased my 08 xD in January for $10,700 with only 8K miles. i found an excellent deal. deffinately try and talk them down.

Too much $$$$ you can almost buy a new one with almost no miles for a little more cash. Too many miles for that price...
