Default Just changed rear hub now the tire doesn't stop smoothly.

I just changed a bad rear hub unit in a 2012 Scion Xd. After I put everything back and spun the tire while the car was still lifted the tire had a resistance at one point that wasn't there before so it doesn't stop smoothly. When the tire hits tha resistance I also hear metal scrape. I accidentally pulled on the ebrake lever from inside the car when the rotor was off. Maybe that has something to do with it? I don't know. 🤦‍♂️ How can I fix this
