Looking for a 2009 Nav Dvd

How can I get a new 2009 navigation Dvd? Can they be burned (I would imagine that they could). If anyone is willing to help out I would appreciate it.

I checked with the dealer, basically they produce a new disk every two years. According to them one should be coming out this year sometime and will be $300 from the dealer. Yes, as far as I know, they can be imaged and burned.
