The new xD. The good and bad.
I agree.
We got in early on the information from Nissan about the Cube. They kept on pushing back the introduction date, and now it seems like sometime in May. We could not wait. Too bad Nissan.
The Cube has a lot to offer for the money, BUT, I still think the xD, and the xB 1 for that matter, have a little more for the money.
The Cube would have been right up there as a number one pick if it wasn't for that stupid rear suicide rear hatch door. Those things are so useless. Ever see a vehicle going down the road with the rear door hanging in the other lane of traffic while hauling large cargo?
That makes our Scions that much more useful when it comes to hauling stuff.

2. when do the 2010 models come out usually? do you think this will effect the 2009 models much? aka, worth the wait?
3. what is the best brand bike rack read mount? iyo.
4. what is the best brand of hitch mount platform?
i hvae posted some of these questions, but i am LAZY right now and would like to know what people think...thank you!
OH, do you think a bike rack and platform would be possible for an hour ride to a campground?
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Curt hitch will cost you about $150.
Draw-Tite hitch will cost you about $100.
NOTE: Draw-Tite and Hidden Hitch are the same company and the same hitch... just a different name.
Another NOTE: It appears that Uhaul sells the Curt hitch for $139. They don't list the brand unless you look at the installation instructions, which are for the Curt hitch. I would double check with Uhaul if you plan on buying it from them to make sure you get the hitch you want.

YEah, what a crappy dealership. I went to one in the middle of nowhere California, the city of Hemet, and they were super helpful.
He was very nice, helpful, non-pressure, and honest with us. He even told us what he makes for each car he sells and that he receives no commission whether he sells one or not, told us to feel free to walk out at anytime we didn't like what was going on.
He saw that I was a music fan and he threw in a stack of scion CD's, a METAL keychain in a Scion Tin. He also gave his private cell number if there were any problems.
I traded in an old beat up 96 Avalon, and he lied to his bosses about the obvious existing problems on it too so that we could squeeze a little more money out of it towards trade in value.
Sorry you went through that, but I'm quite happy with my experience.

He made a regular salary, not commission because they wanted to keep a pressure free selling environment. He actually tried to get us to go home and think about it a few times.. I think he was working on getting another job, haha, probably why he was so care free.
