Quik noooob question

I have a AT Scion xD, i see that the shift **** seems to just twist off like they do in the MT cars. Does this mean any aftermarket shift **** for a MT will fit on my AT. Thanks!
Also has anyone done this to their AT xD?

my guess is the thread size is different than the MT though...

but replaceable? why not?

Ya theyre the same, thats why the rs1.0s have the same shift **** on auto and manual
