I failed to get my camera phone up in time, but i was at a stop light accross from a red xD with no plates or stickers on it. Definatly an xD though. This one did not have the Axis kit on it, so I'm assuming its a dealer car or something. This was in the Vancouver, WA. area.

Thought some of you would be excited to hear that they are getting close.

My wife is eagerly awaiting their debute

EDIT: Thought I'd add before some one posted otherwise that there is no way i confused it with an xA. Bumper styling is way different, and it had the curved hood line under the scion logo as a dead give away

I saw one yesterday in van nuys, CA at a shopping center parking lot. it was dark maroon with black 5 spoke wheels.

i wanted to get this car but i didn't think it was going to be out for another few months so i went and got a freakin corolla (boring as a dead turtle). i have to see which of the local dealers around here have the xD

I have no idea why car magazines compare this car to a damn honda fit. this thing is much bigger in size. looks pretty roomy. the rear hatch is very large, a lot like the Xb.

 

Can't wait to check the xD out in the flesh.

 

It wasn't a dealer's car, that's a fact. If it's this early, then it was owned by the distributor, or TMS.

dealer here in NY has ONE xD. but its in the back buried in a group of other toyota cars.

 

I hear the xD wont begin hitting dealers till early to mid august.

 

I see xD's everyday....

but then again I work at headquarters. I had the opportunity to drive one last week. I must say I was impressed.

 

That's encouraging. I like my xB1 but don't like the xB2 and see the xD as the true xB1 successor.

 

I drove a Corolla and a Yaris but when I drove the xA I knew which one I had to have. Corolla was way too Conservative for me, I felt like a dying Republican in it. Sorry.

I think he was posting the pic showing that the new box was out before the dealerships had them. Didnt the guys over at SE have 2 of them ( one being this white one ) weeks before the public had them? thats the point behind the pic i believe.

 

I wonder if SE will have an xD also? wish we could have that kinda pull here in hawaii, darn privately owned dealership.
