I am debating about getting some of these options from TRD.

The sway bars, springs and shock/struts...

what do these ACTUALLY do(actual knowledge not opinion please)

I want as good or better of a ride than stock.
better handling is nice
dont care about looks for height.

They would all improve handling prowess at the slight cost of ride comfort.
