2010 Euro COTY: Toyota Tallies Five Nominees
LONDON — Toyota leads the list of candidates for 2010 Car of the Year in Europe with five nominees — six, if Lexus is included. Hyundai/Kia are right behind, with four candidates.
The long list includes Toyota's Avensis, iQ, Prius, Urban Cruiser and Verso, as well as the Lexus RX 450h. The Korean candidates include the Hyundai i20 and ix55 (nee Veracruz) and the Kia Sorento and Soul.
