1. Seat height adjuster. It would be nice to be able to make the seat lower.

2. Standard armrest. The ist style one would be nice.

3. Freshen up the exterior a bit. Bumpers, lights, maybe foglights, etc.

 

They're not going to freshen up the exterior of a car that is only 2 years old. With this economy, we'd be lucky to get a nice RS xD their next run.

haha! thats weird, I know ill enjoy it I love that little car! insurance is to expensive for the tc, I'm hoping the xd is cheaper

 

switching from a 2-door to a 4-door is definitely going to save you same money. there's probably other factors that im not thinking about. but that alone will save you money. very cool though (on and i'm not getting the tC...sticking with the xD hahah)

At the refresh cycle (usually in the 4th year of the model, so expected at late 2010, aka 2011MY), I'd love to see the headlights become projector-type (to match the xB/tC).

 

that would be a nice touch actually. I think overall lighting would really help to improve the xD. I.e. Foglights, Projectors, and full redded out taillights (stock....not the LED ones)

 

2 ZR FAE the extra ponies would be nice

 

id rather have more torque out of this little car than more HP. because after 2nd gear its GONE

so yeah...the FAE would still be better option haha

2ZR-GTE (factory turbocharged)
2ZR-FXE (Hybrid Synergy Drivetrain)
2ZR-FSE (Direct Fuel Injection)

One of those options would be nice... Personally, I'd love the direct fuel injection (as seen on the 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.6 Lexus engines). But that alone is enough to upset the Scion pricing balance (each cylinder has 2 injectors).

I'd also like adjustable intermittent wipers and another 12v outlet up front and maybe one in the hatch area, too. The IST armrest would be nice, too... but that can be added on pretty easily (and inexpensively, now that Sparks sells them).

 

actually one thing that just came to mind is a 6 CD changer. we have the 1-6 numbered on the standard head unit (and yes I know its for the favorites of the radio station) but its so blatant; many of my friends have sat in my car and said "Whoa wait does this have a 6-cd changer?" and each time...i sadly report to them that its only the radio station settings

 

1) Traction control.

2) Wider tires.

3) Windshield with colored visor strip.

4) Replacing the right piece of plastic on steering wheel with horn button.

5) Adjustable Steering Column for height & angle. (May be unreasonable for econobox.)

6) More color choices for seat fabric.
