Default Where is the Power Steering Fluid Reservoir?

I heard a noise during tight turns in the parking lot and the location is not indicated in the user's manual?

I haven't refilled it ever so I think it's the problem.

an appointment at your dealer would be needed, but that is my guess.

have you heard the noise again? or was it only that one time? its possible you ran over something while you were turning and thats what made the noise... i dunno?

is it like a buzzing sound? let us know what the dealer finds...

When you get to the dealer, just mention you heard a noise. Try to describe it as best as possible. Example

When driving at about 25 MPH, I heard a GRINDING type sound when MAKING LEFT TURNS.

Try and include the speed, type of noise and what you're doing. That way, they can try and recreate the situation and solve your woes.

It's likely something to do with the spring. Sometimes they aren't seated correctly so a clunk-type noise occurs when the wheel is turned all the way to the left or right. My 4Runner is doing that when making hard rights... I've been too lazy to bring it in for warranty though LOL!

Aw man you gotta get all you can under your warranty! Alright so it looks like I hit a curb kinda hard and pushed in part of the plastic wheelwell on the bottom. I bent it back and it's all good now. Well at least I learned something.

Good to see it wasn't anything major.

Yea... I gotta bring it in one day... the sad part is that I work at the dealer and I'm too lazy to bring the 4runner... LOL. I'm covered to 100,000 miles on it though =] That's my only stock vehicle. No need to modify it.
