Default While doing a brake bleed the front right bleeder was dry. What does it mean?

Im getting this car ready for my son to hit the road for school but the brakes on the car had to be pressed down a lot more than a normal car so i tried to perform a brake bled and while bleeding the brakes i noticed the front right bleeder plug felt extremely dried when turning it. I did the two back calipers successfully but once i got to the front right i noticed that there was nothing moving through the hose while it had suction so i unscrewed completely the bleeder screw and noticed that it was bone dried with even a trace of rust in one or two of it's thread. The very tip that goes into the caliper had a tiny bit of moisture but that's it. I inserted a thin plastic stick into the brake caliper where the bleeder was in and there was not much sticking to it just a small smear mixture of very black and regular brake fluid i guess. I also inserted rubber piece of the Mityvac into the caliper hole itself and though it held suction nothing was coming out. I tried this several times without luck. Does this mean that maybe a break line is plugged or maybe something in the caliper? Please help.

What did you figure out about the brakes?

I went around braking reasonably hard to pump that fluid through the system and it worked for me. I bled them afterwards. And then I did a thorough brake job which included cleaning the calipers, new pads, changing damaged slide pins and boots and applying new grease. The previous owner didn't seem to know or care about brakes. It was super disgusting down there. I eve got new rotors.
