Default Pop Sound - Bottom Out Like

08 Xd RS 1.0
At 27K had to have some maintenance which was water pump replacement and drive belt replace at dealership. After that while driving there was a loud pop sound while going over mild dips on normal traveled routes. A person can feel it located just slightly front right on passenger side like a bottoming out like pop sound. The RS 1.0 has installed TRD Sport Struts and TRD lowering springs when vehicle was purchased. Dealership said this sound was normal due to a lower car and they saw spots on the frame, but I was insistent since I never experienced this for 27K miles. Dealership did replace both front TRD Sport Struts. The dealership measured the TRD lowering springs and they were identical. Was still able to recreate the loud pop sound after new struts were installed.

Dealership suggested new tires because the original Toyo 225/40/18 were worn and could lead to a lower profile. Tires were just replaced with new Riken Raptor 225/40/18 and again driving normal routes was able to hear/feel the loud pop sound on slight low dips.

It feel like a bottom out sound, but it's difficult to tell. It's just ironic how it started after the maintenance occurred as described above.

Any suggestions, response and contributions to this would be greatly appreciated since I've run out of ideas.

I would say take it to another shop, sometimes it's always nice to have a second opinion. It's honestly hard to say what it might be without someone else being able to recreate it. Best of luck in your quest to get the issue resolved.

Check your Swaybar End links. This corrected some rattle on mine. Although I have over 80k on mine.

Here is a good test that helped me determine it was the end links. Raise the car (Both sides) to where the tires are off the ground hanging. Then lower the car back down and drive it. But dont make any sharp turns, this will throw the swaybar out of alignment again. If all sounds good, then that is the problem.
