Tein S. Tech vs DF210
#21
hah. here we always get it in annoying intervals that always seem to occur once you wash your car. thanks for the pics though. my teins just came in yesterday and im anxious to get them on.

good looking car, thisorthatxd. you're on stock shox, right? i find it amazing that with different people's ownership of springs (Teins, TRD, DF, etc) no one can confirm how stiff one set is compared with another. ie at different times i had someone tell me the DFs are softer than the Teins, and then on this thread on post #4 it says vice versa. it seems people are guessing.
@xd kid 91: so from your personal experience were the df's super soft & bouncy?

yea im on stock shocks still. i can tell you now that its more bouncy after the install. its not so bad that you could lose the car, but its surely noticeable. since the shocks are far from new, im sure that also has an effect.

What size are your rims? 18x8 or 18x7.5? What offset are your rims? I am running Tanabe DF210's with 18x8 (35 offset) and I rubbed bad in the rear...So it basically comes down to your rim specs...If your rim is 18x8 and your offset is larger than 35, than you can basically run any spring you want, just depends how low you want to go...
