As far as I know you can get a sway bar for the Yaris and slap it on our car, same chassis. I have TRD and it works fine, I noticed it right away when I put it on last year. What I would love to find would be a front under brace since that would make handling even better.

The 23mm Ultra Racing bar is actually only $165. Go to microimageonline.com. Or you can go with the UR 19mm which is the same diameter as the TRD for $135.

I apologize if this sounds stupid. I don't know a lot about cars. So anyway, what does the difference in diameter do? Will the weight difference be an issue in the long run?

19mm vs. 23mm

I ordered my Scion XD earlier after lusting over it for a couple of years. Dealer said it will be a few weeks. Thanks in advance for the info.

Is the extra 4mm going to make that much of a difference? I can see where it would be important if you were serious about racing or something, but I'm thinking more along the lines of every day driving...

Also, how much of the Yaris Suspension stuff in the microimageonline.com store is interchangeable with the xD? I know they share the same suspension, but I wanted to check before I buy something that might not work.

Default Doesn't matter...

Sorry, but it doesn't matter much.

The xD axle isn't enhanced much by a sway bar. Even a small bar will give you the maximum benefit. The larger bars will only add more weight.

More sophisticated suspensions sometimes do benefit from bigger bars, but for the xD, this is not an issue...

What makes you believe that a front brace will improve handling?
